WHAT DOES IT DO FOR THE EMPLOYER?

Improves recruiting and retention thanks to the employee-facing benefits.      

Results in a Net Savings thanks to a reduction in the employer portion of FICA. This is a direct and immediate cash flow increase to the Company, not a Tax Credit.

WHAT DOES IT DO FOR THE EMPLOYEE?

Provides a robust baseline of preventative healthcare benefits to employees, including: 24/7 telemedicine, mental health care access, lab testing, prescription drug coverage, and much more.  Our benefits have $0 out of pocket costs for employees (no co-pays or deductibles).  

All enrolled employees will experience an INCREASE in their Net Pay.  Enrolled employees average between $500 - $1,000 per year increase in take-home pay.

WHO PAYS FOR IT?

Employees pay for the program premium using pre-tax dollars; HOWEVER, they end up experiencing an increase to their Net Pay thanks to tax savings along with a post-tax claim payment received from insurance carrier on their paycheck.      

Employees have no out-of-pocket expenses, no co-pays, and no deductibles.  Once they are enrolled, everything is included at NO COST.  Every enrolled employee MUST experience an increase in Net Pay.      

Employers have no up-front or out-of-pocket costs.  The insurance broker collects an administrative fee from the employer’s savings ONLY for enrolled employees.

 WHAT’S THE CATCH?

The government has incentivized Preventative Healthcare programs such as ours, essentially taking a “pennies now vs. dollars later” approach to healthcare. The idea being that if more Americans have access to good preventative healthcare, then they are less likely to develop chronic diseases by the time they hit Medicare/Medicaid, and thus will ultimately save taxpayers from having to cover those more expensive healthcare costs later.

WILL IMPLEMENTING THESE PROGRAMS AFFECT OUR CURRENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PACKAGE?

No. The ProfitWise Program is designed to complement and enhance your existing benefits package. It can be easily integrated with your current package, offering additional preventative health and wellness options without disrupting what you already have in place.

WHAT KIND OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS BENEFITS DO THESE PROGRAMS OFFER?

The program includes a plethora of health and wellness benefits, ranging from free telemedicine services and free prescriptions to comprehensive hospital indemnity insurance. These benefits are designed to cater to a wide array of health needs and preferences.

WHAT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED DURING AND AFTER IMPLEMENTATION?

During implementation, comprehensive support including training, documentation, and hands-on assistance is provided. Post-implementation, ongoing support is available to address any questions or issues that may arise.

HOW DOES THIS INTEGRATE WITH OUR EXISTING PAYROLL AND HR SYSTEMS?

All programs are designed for easy integration with most payroll and HR systems. Our team works closely with your payroll and HR department to ensure a seamless implementation process, providing support and guidance at every step.

HOW DO THESE PROGRAMS WORK?

This program qualifies under Section 125 of the IRS tax code, which allows for pre-tax deductions. This reduces the overall taxable income for both employers and employees, leading to significant tax savings.
